He asked. You accepted. And now the planning! If you didn't know before, I'm sure you know now that planning a wedding should be ranked one of the busiest jobs ever! However, there are some good times, I mean after all you are getting married to your true love. So, after all the hard work of planning, coordinating, shopping, fittings, tastings and interviewing vendors what don't you want to regret? We searched the blogs and popular wedding websites to find the top 3 common regrets right from the brides themselves.</div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 18px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
<span style="font-weight: bold;">#1 I didn't hire a professional Videographer.</span></div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
Well of course you would see this on a videographers webpage, they want to make money. But there is no bias here. According to a WEVA study conducted in 2006, 98% of brides surveyed hired a photographer, but only 29% hired a videographer. After the wedding, 75% consider hiring a Wedding Videographer to be a "Top 10" service. This is important. The value of wedding video is becoming more apparent in the last few years. Make sure to research the vendors properly and make sure you are satisfied with what they are offering. Remember, there is a lot going on during the wedding day, most of the time the Bride and Groom barely get to eat and party. Making sure all those moments are captured will make looking back on this day 10 or 20 years from now a truly special moment.</div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">

<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 18px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
<span style="font-weight: bold;">#2 I Should've watched my Photographer more Closely.</span></div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
<div style="font-family: Noteworthy-Light; font-size: 15px; orphans: 2; text-align: -webkit-auto; widows: 2;">
Sometimes you the Photographer can end up taking hundreds of picture, at least, on your wedding day. If there are 2 photographers you can double that number! But this is a good thing for you, that's why they are there. However, we found out that some brides didn't speak up when they didn't like a certain pose or photo. It is ok to speak up! I work with Photographers and they just want to give you the best memories they can. If you have an idea you want to try out, share it! If you are uncomfortable with something, express it! It is your wedding day. Beware of the thin line. If you hired them you must have loved their work and trust them as a professional to do their job effeciently. You don't want to have to babysit anyone on your wedding day. </div>

<span style="font-weight: bold;">#3 I Let all the Stress get to Me</span></div>
AHH! A million things are going wrong all at once. The flowers are late, the seating is off, my groom messed up his tux...I'm just thinking worse case scenarios. In the past, I've learned that weddings never start on time because something is always running late. This isn't the end of the world. I've witnessed many brides get worked up from having to deal with all the last minute details. Be sure to designate a point person. Give your cell phone away! Accept no calls and have all mesasges relayed to you only in emergencies, your job is to focus on getting ready and staying calm. With the late weddings and stressful brides I've witnessed, I also noticed that in the end, everything works out perfectly. So when things seem to be piling up on you, don't sweat it. Try to stay as calm as possible and know that the important thing that is happening, besides the decorations, the catering, the dj, the videographer and photographer, is that you are marrying the love of your life. As long as that happens, everything will be perfect. So now that you know how other brides have felt, make sure you don't regret the same things. Engage in the blogs and ask questions to other brides to see if they can help or reccomend any must have vendors to you. Stay tuned for more blogs and Happy Planning! <div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">

Pros and Cons of having an Outdoor Ceremony<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<iframe allowfullscreen="" class="YOUTUBE-iframe-video" data-thumbnail-src="https://i.ytimg.com/vi/F_O6dqusy5E/0.jpg" frameborder="0" height="266" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/F_O6dqusy5E?feature=player_embedded" width="320"></iframe></div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
Nothing seems better than the beautiful, natural sunlight shinning down on your wedding day. The birds are chirping and there is a cool refreshing breeze comforting your guests. This of course would be the ideal environment for a wedding. However, weather isn't always ideal. </div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
Spring and Summer are the busiest times of the year for weddings and with just cause. There are alot of outdoor weddings to soak up the mother nature, but there are some pros and cons to an outdoor wedding. We sill start with the pros.</div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 18px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
<span style="font-weight: bold;">1. Natural light is the best light.</span></div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
Like I said before, the sun gives the best light (with exceptions) to a ceremony. Also, when you are hire your professional Photographer and Videographer, there is no dealing with the sometimes unforgiving flourescent lighting. Being outside also allows for more creative photos and video for your memories.</div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 18px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
<span style="font-weight: bold;">2. More affordable if not FREE!</span></div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
Now I know free to a Bride is awesome! So with an outdoor wedding, they are typically free especially at a public space like a park or a nice backyard. Start searching the parks near you and see if they allow weddings to be held there. This way, it is a big, open space that can also accomadate more people than a closed in venue can.</div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 18px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
<span style="font-weight: bold;">3. More creative freedom.</span></div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
When holding a wedding inside a venue, you may have limitations on decorating and DIY. When you have an outdoor wedding, the sky is the limit....litterally lol. You can decorate the chairs, even add little personal touches to make it that much more special.</div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
Now, an outdoor wedding isn't without its flaws, and here a couple.</div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 18px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
<span style="font-weight: bold;">1. WEATHER WEATHER WEATHER</span></div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
I know I'm not the only one who has looked at the weather for tomorrow and said oh wow, 72 with no chance of rain great! Then, the next day I'm soaking wet because out of nowhere a pop up shower occured while walking to my car. Yes, Mother Nature is very iffy. This shouldn't stop your plans however, you just have to plan properly. Make sure you account for every weather interference that could occur. Have umbrellas ready for the guests or a shade area if the sun decides to scorch the Earth lol. Also, there are other factors like wind that could really mess up sound for your Wedding Film. This can be helped with wind mics of course, but it is something to keep in mind. </div>

<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
I've seen a few times where the guests and the Groom are starting to sweat, because you have to be realistic...weddings rarely start exactly on time. Check the weather in the morning and have your plan b handy (shaded areas, umbreallas) if it is too hot windy or rainy. Make sure there is something to keep the guests comfortable while they are waiting for you to walk down the aisle.</div>

Outdoor weddings are lovely for sure, but you just have to weigh your pros and cons and see how it comes out for you. All the cons can be taken care of no problem, it simply requires a little planning. And let's be honest, there are pros and cons to an indoor wedding as well, so which is best for you?</div>

<iframe allowfullscreen="" class="YOUTUBE-iframe-video" data-thumbnail-src="https://i.ytimg.com/vi/Ebgiqym1Vv8/0.jpg" frameborder="0" height="266" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/Ebgiqym1Vv8?feature=player_embedded" width="320"></iframe></div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
So there's this thing called the First Look becoming more and more popular, right? It is when the Bride and Groom actually see each other before the ceremony. GASP! That's right, there's a new wedding in town.</div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
If you're trying to decide whether to actualy have a First Look or not, it really comes down to this, do what you and your fiance feel is best. Pretty simple right? But I have found 3 things you should know about the First Look but it is completely up to you! </div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 18px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
#1 Time </div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
Now Brides and Photographers actualy are agreeance with this one. It saves much time. This way, the Bride, Grom and Photographer have way more time to take beautifully, stunning photographs before the Ceremony. This is especially important in the winter months because by the time the Ceremony has ended, the light has diminished and we know that lighting is everything to a Photographer.</div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
Now, of course this depends on how your wedding is scheduled, but the majority of weddings have the pictures taken during the cocktail hour. Well, If you take your pictures before the wedding, that whole cocktail can be used to meet the guests and actual get to snack on some food!</div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 18px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
#2 Emotion</div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
Well, from our reserach, the brides have spoken, it doesn't really change anything at all. Again, this is up to you and how much you love the tradition. I personally love the idea of the groom seeing her for the first time as she's walking down the aisle. I've done a few First Looks but mostly it's been traditional. From what I've seen with the First Look, the Bride and Groom were just as giddy as they were when the saw each other before. Also, with the traditonal way, the Groom was pretty much stunned by finally seeing his bride. Either way, if you see each other before the wedding, that doesn't mean you won't suddenly not be as excited as you are when you're walking down the aisle, you'll still love him that much.</div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
#3 Nerves</div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
I've heard Brides say that to opt for the First Look gives the Bride and Groom time alone that they won't have for the rest of the day. They are going to be surrounded by the Bridal Party and the guests and won't have a minute to think until that night. So, having that extra hour or two before the wedding gives them a breath of fresh air before the event takes place. They can talk, drink and enjoy each other's company. However, some Brides have said, regardless, when they are preparing to walk down that aisle, those butterflies are still there. </div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">
What do you think? It really depends on the couple and how they want to handle the day. I think either way is great, but I'm a sucker for tradition.</div>
<div style="font-family: enriqueta, serif; font-size: 14px; margin: 0px; max-width: 99.9000015258789%;">

There are moments that need to be captured on video at a wedding. Just imagine, 10-20 years from now, when you look back on your wedding, wouldn't it be great to <i>hear</i> the vows, see how you walked down the aisle and everyone's reaction, and re-live all that crazy dancing at the reception? You can have it with a Wedding Film from us.Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00946010315147992983noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4885357137880691019.post-89728301828294294552015-03-11T21:34:00.002-07:002015-03-11T21:34:57.701-07:00Scared of Beautiful<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
